It offers a web portal for board management with different user-friendly collaboration and documentation tools specifically designed for board members.

Leading Boards released version 4.0 in September 2012. Highly valued by the directors and secretaries , Leading Boards greatly facilitates their task (satisfaction rate of over 85%). In 2012, Leading Boards has been selected as the preferred portal of Manufacturers and Exporters Canada (CME-MEC). The Board of Directors and committees of MEC and the branch in Quebec MEQ are using Leading Boards.
