The Leading Boards service, and all materials, information (including, without limitation, any information or materials obtained or accessed through the Leading Boards services), products and services included therein are provided "as is," with no warranties whatsoever. Leading Boards expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights.
