Jean-Marc FÉLIO, President & CEO

Jean-Marc Félio is an entrepreneur, founder and manager of some major projects in broadcasting, new media and new technologies. He produced eleven Canadian and international feature films, while participating in many innovative projects such as "March 2030", an interactive game on the big screen for the Montreal Science Centre or "The Chronicles of an unfit mother", the first Radio-Canada web series and a major success.

In addition, he designed and produced for the MUHC (McGill University Health Centre) software for the selection of bidders in the PPP Glenn hospital complex and a web platform for the management of the Boards of Directors in hospitals and health centers across Canada. Founding member of the Community for Excellence in Health Governance (CEHG), he is also a director of L'Hirondelle, a nonprofit organization aimed at immigrant integration and RCS, a private board offering services to cities and towns in Quebec.

A graduate of Universities of Ottawa and Stanford, he taught at University of Ottawa and at University of Montreal.

Nadim BAKLOUTI, Chief Technology Officer

Project Manager, multilingual, he worked on the success of projects and startups in over five countries. Entrepreneur and strategist, known for his rigorous analysis focused on problem solving, for his perseverance and creativity, Nadim has developed a specialty in web and as such he is the architect and the master mind of Leading Boards' technology.

A Supelec (France) Engineer graduate, Nadim received his Master in Industrial Management at Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain).

Manon PICHÉ, Business Development Manager

With over 10 years of experience as sales and operations director in several areas such as technological, medical and retail, Mrs. Piché participated in many large-scale projects in highly competitive and changing environments. Her expertise has been particularly developed in various sectors, however, converging in sales such as, business development, export, telemarketing and e-commerce, B2B and B2C. She masters the advanced techniques of sales and knows the inner workings of an exemplary department based essentially on customers. Of a quiet but passionate nature, she uses diplomacy, leadership in the best direction of good governance and ethics.

Mrs. Piché is Bachelor of the HEC school and is currently completing her MBA in Electronic Commerce at the University of Laval.

Kimly CHAO, Project manager, business development

With several years of experience, Kimly Chao uses her skills among the Leading Boards team. With experience in corporate communications and interpersonal relations, she has applied her expertise in some major events at Hill + Knowlton Strategies. She also uses with efficiency, social networks to create business opportunities. As a Project Manager, business development, she concentrates in finding new potential clients to expand business relations. Multilingual, Kimly is renowned for her versatility, creativity and always keep her positive mind and attitude.

Ms. Chao is a graduate of the University of Sherbrooke, specialized in Communication, writing and multimedia. She received a scholarship and explored different study areas like International relations. Also, she was selected to participate in the CREPUQ Franco-Québécois cooperation in Paris (ERASMUS).

Ian BEAUBIEN, iOS Developer

iOS Developer since the release of the iPhone in 2007, Ian Beaubien has developed several successful applications and games that have allowed him to carve out an important place as iOS developer in the Montreal community.

Entrepreneur and creative, Ian skills allow Leading Boards to have the best mobile platform on the market.

Aurélien MAYEUR, Web Developer

As an Engineering student at SUPELEC (France), Aurélien Mayeur has taken a year off to go abroad to gain an international experience and practice his skills with the Leading Boards team.

Methodical and effective, he helps improve the Leading Boards Board portal to provide a better user experience.

Amanda BIGGS, community manager and webmarketing

After a masters degree apprenticeship in business management and marketing (HEMA Group - France), Amanda Biggs specialized her skills in Internet communications and web marketing. With a dual citizenship, French and English, curious and organized, Amanda participates in optimizing the online presence, e-reputation and creating a community around the values of the company.

She applies her skills through social networks, design, writing posts for the blog and implementing methods of direct marketing to increase the reputation.
