By using the Leading Boards service (in this document referred to as “Leading Boards,” you accept and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms of Use should be construed to confer any rights to third-party beneficiaries. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time-to-time and all Parties will be notified. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use.

Registration

As part of the registration process, you will be asked to add your real name and select a password.You will be responsible for all activities occurring under your name and for keeping your password secure. We may refuse to grant you an access at our sole discretion.

Appropriate conduct and content

The Leading Boards service is available only to businesses, organizations or other legal entities. Individuals may not use the Leading Boards service for any other purposes than the one intended by those entities without the express written consent of Leading Boards. You may not use the Leading Boards service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users agree to comply with all local and country laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data from your country of residence. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any data, text, information, photos, links and other content ("materials") that you submit, post, and display on the Leading Boards service. Leading Boards may, but shall have no obligation to, remove materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes or violates any party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Use.

User's Proprietary Rights

By submitting, posting or displaying any materials on or through the Leading Boards service, you do not grant to us a right to consult such materials and an agreement with a confidentiality clause is mandatory between the parties. User´s proprietary information includes the sum of all postings by User to the site. All content on the site is posted under your responsibility and your governance.
